The world's highest paid models 2015

Here are fashion's richest catwalk queens, as per the latest rankings from Forbes.



Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen has been named the world's highest-paid model for the ninth consecutive year byForbes magazine.

The runway veteran, 35, raked $44 million this year, despite announcing her retirement from the runway in March.

In exchange for the runway, Bundchen continues to book major fashion campaigns with iconic brands like Chanel, Stuart Weitzman and Louis Vuitton in addition to her own projects, such as a line of intimates.

The former Victoria's Secret model has earned over $430 million since the start of her decades-spanning career.

Model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne is a distant second on the new list with $9 million.

Kim Kardashian's 19-year-old sister is also the youngest person on the 2015 countdown.

32-year old former Victoria's Secret angel Miranda Kerr came down to number 5 at $5.5 million. Last year she was the third richest model in the world with earnings estimated at 7 million US dollars.

Joan Smalls, the first Black model to cover Vogue's September issue in 25 years, increased her earnings from $3 million last year to $5.5 this year.
